Where we deliver

We currently deliver to Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales). We’re not able to deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man at the moment. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands may take a little longer.

Delivery times

• Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.

• Delivery then usually takes 2–5 working days.

• The estimated delivery time for each item is shown on its product page. Items in the same order may come in separate parcels.

Delivery costs

UK delivery is free on every order.

Tracking

We'll email you a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched. Can't find it? Check your junk folder, or email orders@thicketco.co.uk.

Late or missing parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived within 5 working days of its estimated delivery date, or tracking says delivered but you can't find it, email us. We'll investigate with the courier and, if it's lost, send a replacement or a full refund. Your order is our responsibility until it's delivered to you.
