Where do you deliver? Great Britain only (England, Scotland and Wales), with free delivery on everything. We’re not able to deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man at the moment.
How much is delivery? Free on every order.
How long does delivery take? Orders are usually dispatched from UK warehouses within 1–2 working days, then delivery takes 2–5 working days. You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order’s on its way.
Will my order come in one parcel? Not always. If you order more than one item, they may arrive separately.
Can I return something? Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind. Faulty or damaged items are always covered. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for details.
